The land is zoned for residential use. There several homes in the vicinity of the property showing that it is a livable area.

There are no minimum square footage requirements. Manufactured homes are permitted. RVs and travel trailers are allowed with a building permit for up to 24 months. A 12-month permit to live in an RV or travel travel trailer may be permitted with permission from the Developer Service Director.

In the other direction, Flagstaff, AZ is about 87.5 miles (1 hour 38 minutes) to the east along Interstate 40.

Phoenix, AZ is to the south about 160 miles (2 hours 50 minutes) on Highway 17.

Las Vegas, NV is approximately 178 miles (3 hours) to the west along Interstate 40, US 93, and then Interstate 11.
